Sleep Log
The Sleep Log enables you to track your sleep (or lack of it). If you have a Muse EEG device, you can insert your data directly.
Starting - Displays the night your sleep began
Ending - Displays the day your sleep ended
Bedtime - Displays the time you went to bed
Wake Up - Displays the time you got up
NS - Displays if you experienced night sweats
RL - Displays if you experienced Restless Leg
EEG - Displays if you used the Muse sleep device
Deep - Displays how much deep sleep you obtained
REM - Displays how much rapid eye movement sleep you obtained
Light - Displays how much light sleep you obtained
Awake - Displays how much time you spent awake during the night
Rating
Sleep - Displays the score you gave yourself on how well the night went
Day - Displays the score you gave yourself on how well the following day went
Outcome - Displays how refreshed you feel after waking up
Sleep Onset - Shows how long it took you to fall asleep
Sleep Cycle - Shows how much time in total you were in bed
Time Asleep - Shows how much time you were asleep
Awakenings - Shows how many times you woke up during the night
Time Awakened - Shows how much time you spent awake during the night
Sleep Efficiency - Shows how efficient your sleep was.
Sleep Quality - Shows how you rated your sleep
Day Quality - Shows how you rated your day
Graph - click this button to see how you're sleeping over a period of time
Insomnia Facts - Click this button to see how sleep affects your health
Muse Bands - Click this button to View your history with Muse sleep bands
TABS - You can view various degrees of time by clicking on the various tabs
Select a Range Tab - Click on this tab to Print your sleep records
