Thyroid Calculations
You can find the Calculations under the Resources Tab
Percent Dose Increase or Decrease - Enables you to see a percentage change in a thyroid dose. It's assumed that each increase in levothyroxine by 25mcg is the same. It's not. The percentage decreases for every additional 25mcg dose. Therefore, you should expect less improvement for each additional amount added.

Many people in the UK don't advise spending the time/money to have RT3 checked, mainly because it's usually high during an illness (Non thyroidal Illness Syndrome). However, a competent physician will know how to interpret this. If you're not experiencing an illness, then NTIS can be ruled out and a more definitive explanation can be revealed.
