Journal

You can find the Journal module under the Tracking Tab

The Journal enables you to track your thoughts throughout the day. It's a general purpose digital diary.

H - Displays records you want to highlight

R - Displays a rating of your day

Date - Displays the date you wrote in your journal

Day Of Week - Displays the day

Topic - Displays a name for your journal entry

Show Highlighted Entries - Click this checkbox to filter all the highlighted records

Search Keywords Tab

Search String - Enter a keyword here to find all journal entries with those keywords

Search Notes Tab

Search Notes - Enter a keyword here to find all records with the same keyword

Time - Displays the time of day you entered notes
